ETP's Mission: Building adaptable information solutions and innovative business techniques that facilitate sustainable operational and financial performance improvements for our clients.
Large organizations have processes and transactions that are repeated hundreds of thousands of times, if not even million or tens of millions of time, each day. Large numbers of people, both internal and external, are involved in these processes and transactions. Clearly even the slightest inefficiencies can be very costly to the organization and highly frustrating to its workers and customers.
As such organizations evolved, they typically automated themselves in order to increase the daily volumes and varieties of processes and transactions they could perform. Unfortunately, such automation was usually done functionally instead of holistically. Therefore automated separate links between process elements are often misaligned, resulting in costly inefficiencies that hinder overall operation of the business.
ETP's principals recognized that the key to realizing organizational benefit and performance improvement come from using information and technology to better understand processes and behaviors from an end-to-end perspective. With such a comprehensive understanding it is possible to introduce meaningful adaptation and change that can be leveraged across an organization and thus sustained over the long term.
Following this approach and having recruited a diverse team of experienced veterans, ETP has been a critical factor between its clients talking about organizational improvement and realizing it for more than a decade.
